Construction of a cottage community

The cottage community is located in the most picturesque corner of Odesa – the pine bank. The Black Sea and Luzanivskyi forest are nearby, which will give you comfort, tranquility, and space.

It is planned to build 50 cottages, two of which are already ready, the third is at the stage of pouring the foundation.

The cottages are built in a modern style. The area of 1 house is from 180 to 280 m².
